1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing a purchase or otherwise using the Service offered on bestiptvuk.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

2Description of the Service

Best IPTV UK provides an internet TV streaming service granting access to a catalogue of live channels, films and series via a personal IPTV code. The Service requires a stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for 4K).

The Service is delivered "as is" and we cannot guarantee perfect availability of every channel at all times, in particular due to circumstances outside our control (broadcasting rights, force majeure, technical issues with third-party broadcasters).

3Subscription and pricing

Subscription plans are clearly displayed on the website with their duration, price and included features. Prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and VAT-inclusive where applicable.

• 6 months: from £39
• 12 months + 3 months FREE: from £59
• 24 months + 6 months FREE: from £89

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect subscriptions already paid for.

4Payment and activation

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. We accept the following methods:

• Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) — 3D Secure
• PayPal — with buyer protection
• Revolut — instant transfer
• Bank transfer — Faster Payments / SEPA

Once payment has been received, your IPTV code is sent by WhatsApp within 5 minutes (1-2 working days for bank transfer). Activation is instant.

5Right to cancel and refund

In line with consumer law and our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a 3-day satisfaction-or-refund guarantee from the activation date of your IPTV code.

To make a refund request, contact us at support@bestiptvuk.pro or via WhatsApp within 3 days of activation. Refund conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Important: by accessing the Service immediately on purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that, after 3 days, the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies for digital content already supplied.

6User obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service for personal and private purposes only.
• Not share your IPTV code with third parties (each subscription is personal).
• Not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service.
• Comply with any laws applicable in your country of residence regarding TV broadcasting and copyright.
• Not attempt to circumvent our security or anti-fraud systems.
• Provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout.

Any breach may result in immediate suspension of the Service without refund.

7Simultaneous connections

Each subscription includes a fixed number of simultaneous connections (1 to 5 depending on the chosen plan). Exceeding this limit triggers an automatic disconnection of additional sessions.

Sharing of identifiers between several people across different households is strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate termination without refund.

8Intellectual property

All content broadcast through the Service (channels, films, series) is the property of its respective rights holders. The Service is provided as a means of access only and confers no right of ownership.

The site bestiptvuk.pro, its design, logo, code and original content are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our exclusive property.

9Service availability

We aim for the highest possible availability of our Service (target: 99.99% uptime). However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly fluid service at all times.

Interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance whenever possible).
• Technical issues with broadcasting partners.
• Force majeure (cyber-attack, generalised internet outage, etc.).
• Local issues with your internet connection or device.

We commit to restoring the Service as quickly as possible and to keeping you informed where appropriate.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the subscription paid for the current period. We cannot be held liable for:

• Indirect loss or consequential damage of any kind.
• Issues caused by your equipment, internet connection or third-party software.
• Use of the Service that is contrary to these Terms.
• Force majeure or events outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice and without refund, in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Unauthorised sharing of your IPTV code.
• Fraudulent use or attempts to defraud us.
• Failure to pay (subscription renewal).
• Use likely to harm us or other users.

12Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes. Any substantive change will be notified to you by email or by a notice on the website at least 15 days before it takes effect.

Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, we will first try to find an amicable solution by contacting our support team at support@bestiptvuk.pro.

If no agreement is reached, you may use a UK alternative dispute resolution scheme or, ultimately, refer the matter to the competent UK courts.
